Rearranged walk to avoid Motorway closure chaos. Setting off from Riley Green, walking past Hoghton Tower, home of the Sirloin. Through woods beside the River Derwent. Through fields and by the canal. A few inclines and stiles, 7 miles back to the Royal Oak at Riley Green.
