Simon Graham – Lytham, 10th December 2022

Published by admin on

On a chilly 10th of December about a dozen of us met at Lytham Station before walking through Witch Wood and then heading towards the White Church at Fairhaven. We had a look at the partly frozen Fairhaven Lake and then walked back along the front to Lytham Windmill, before heading back into Lytham. We then went for hot drinks and a wonderful Thai curry at Pan’s house, where she was ably assisted in the kitchen by Sue and Ting. The meal was followed by fruit salad and then mince pies with amazing Butterfly Pea Flower tea. As you can see in the video it comes out of the teapot a beautiful blue colour which then turns purple when you add a squeeze of lime. The invitation was a wonderful and very kind gesture from Pan and I would like to thank her for her generous hospitality. Simon
