Circular 6 mile walk from the Calf’s Head at Worston in the shadow of Pendle Hill.
No stiles and no big hills. Farm tracks, fields and footpaths. Lovely views of this valley with its old buildings and farms.
Lunch at the charming hamlet of Downham voted one of Lancashire’s prettiest.
Back to the pub at Worston, for refreshments.
