29 of us set off from the Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve on a beautiful sunny day. We passed through fields , tracks and woods admiring the scenery along the way. We had a short stop at the Estuary to admire the wonderful views of the surrounding area.
We then continued along footpaths and descended and passed by Leighton Hall, continuing on to reach the RSPB Nature Reserve.
We had a short stop in the Public Hide hoping to catch a glimpse of some spectacular wildlife. These were very few and far between. Cormorants, Swans, Geese and Mallards a plenty! 😉😀.
We then made our way to the Visitor Centre for well earned refreshments.
A lovely 6.5 mile walk with a great group of friends.
