A really enjoyable walk starting in Windermere, climbing up to Orrest Head, and then continuing on to Holehird Gardens for lunch. After admiring the garden and floral displays we headed back down to Miller Ground, had a short break by the lake, and then walked into Bowness – Simon (click here for walk details)

A nice walk yesterday at Sizergh, led by Julie. Good weather, nice views and various plants and insects were seen, including orchids, butterflies and damselflies. Thanks Julie.
